Ask your teacher for clarification if you are not sure what it is. Any assignment should be about "research" and "analysis" and "creativity".. Not trying to figure out what the heck the question means.

Some teachers are notorious for doing this. They pose "confusing" questions to make the assignment harder. Consequently, these are the dumbest teachers as well.
