oh yeah if you pour it slowly it will just run down the side and drip from the bottom of the cup , that's why i hate pouring hot soup or something from a pot to a bowl

probably. i dunno about a full-fledged lab experiment...but some common sense is definitely involved. every style of milk jug in the past, even going back to the 1800's was designed for easy, spill-proof pouring.

haha, i thought i might give a nice addition... tonight, during dinner, i was pouring my milk out of the gallon and every 1/4 cup i poured, 1 drop of milk would drip out of the gallon. it was really annoying and got milk all over

i guess i'll never be leet enough
