I guess this allows amputees/quadriplegics to play video games. The technology, in my opinion, is light years ahead of our time.
Also, CPU Magazine reports that it could be out in time for Christmas of this year, for as little as $300.
But what I'm interested in is the response time. Normally, to react to something given on the screen, it takes 100-150 milliseconds. With this, it takes 10-15, with 50 max.
Heck, you can outshoot aimbots if you have a ping advantage.
