Neweggs Return Policy?

Well, the problem isn't a dead mobo from newegg. The computer I'm working on probably has a dead mobo. So, I'm going to order a new one from Newegg, hoping that it fixes the problem. But, if it doesn't, I want to be able to return it.
 
Why dont you just call them instead of waiting 20 minutes here for a reply that you could get in 20 seconds on the phone.

They have a return policy, but you're just making parts expensive for everyone.
Not really.....in some cases they may be getting a restocking fee from the person, plus they'll be able to sell off that motherboard so it's like extra cash.

Sending a piece back won't cause prices to jump up. It's not like a massive recall in which thousands of boards are being sent back.
