Sorry, I was pretty busy earlier...
here is m quick guide to overburning
In NERO go to file then Preferences... this will open the preferences dialog with a series of tabs...
select the Expert features tab and tick the box to enable overburn.
Then set the maximum cd size to 84 min 0sec 0frm
click apply and ok.
Then when you go to burn the cd. make sure you tick the box to finalise it and make sure the write method is set to disk at once
You should be able to get 730mb onto a 700mb disk as explorer reports sizes differently to nero and a 730mb file is shown as only 710mb... which is easy to overburn.
As I said before I have had 730mb succesfully overburned a fair few times...
but if you are worried, buy a 90min disk (which holds 800mb i think)
