there is an old movie called "Tora Tora Tora" which is about the attacks on pearl harbour.
I always thought Tora Tora Tora was it, but if it was only called after the first attack wave, then I'm not sure.

yeah, that movie was made in 1971 I believe as when I was searching for the words that movie was mentioned a couple times throughout the search.
But like I said though everything I've read says 'tora tora tora' was said prematurely after the first wave which was the signal for a successful attack. I guess word of the hit didn't get around to the admiral or whoever said it, and he thought it was already over with and said it when in reality it was still going.
