Need Help Picking A Camcorder Asap

I need nice camcorder to take good video of my race car and good at night when iam on the street on the weekend take good still pics.I like to spend about 600 dollars or cheaper but if some thing is worth more dont mine paying up to 1000 thousand dollars. I was trying to get some thing off newegg.com so if you can fine some thing on their thanks alot.

This one is very good. Doesn't use tapes but has an internal hard drive, way more storage space and very high quality video. I think the still images are about 2 megapixels, it's tough to get great pics off of a camcorder. JVC camcorders are particullarly good in low light situations.
