A ApM Daemon Poster Messages 501 Mar 17, 2005 #14 You've got to use both, well you don't have to use "Both" but you have to keep IE as it doesn't let you do Windows Update, Defrag... basicly anything Windows/IE related as I found out after Uninstalling it .
