It is a mystery to me, at least.

The card has a VGA and an ethernet output.

Can anyone identify it?

What do the stickers say? Be easy to Google with the numbers and maybe a model number.

I'm gonna say from a quick glance it's some form of remote workstation Firepro as a guess.

OK, I found this on the back of the card... "E-G900-04-2902(B)". Google found it.

Other than that I can find almost no info on it, though.
