when you have broadband, but are downloading from really slow servers

IE, and its slow downloads, spyware and crap.
when you download something in IE, it wil start out fast-ish, but slow down at least to half the speed in a few seconds, then gradually get slower and slower.

Hey now, the Wiggles are awesome dude!!!!!!!!!!!! At least I don't have to worry about SP2 as I'm using Linux. However, when I was using my old computer that had Windows XP, I remember distinctly downloading the SP2 and it messed up my puter so much that I had to wipe everything off and reset it to factory settings. I kept hoping for a virus and bugs, but wasn't so lucky. :S
