Murderer and Police Dog Overkill

yeh pistols arr semi- auto, but there had to be a ton of cop for that to be pistols ot they were using rifles.

i agree that they could of saved the dog by not letting him go, and even if they were using rifles(yes im arguing my own point) they could of just let go of the trigger once they noticed it wasnt a gun or after he threw it down.

What I want to know is how the guy was completely oblivious to the camera and the cops shooting from that angle. Does anyone know where this went down?
