Monarch Computer Systems out of bussiness?

is the computer company Monarch Computer Systems out of business, because i cant there website anymore, and now that i think about it, they stoped advertising awhile back.

They went out of business about a year ago I think. Shame, very good company. Their business is ultra competitive and it's tough for them to turn much of a profit.
