I convert my avvy to APNG but the forum won't let me upload it. I'll try hosting it and see if that works.

Probably cause APNG is not a supported format. Try adding it to the allowed list and see if it helps.

APNG is a pretty new and unsupported format. Eventually it will take over for GIF but it'll be a while.

Found a host and got it uploaded. ImageShack and Photobucket won't handle them. No real difference as it was converted from a GIF. I'm not image guru so I have to rely on others to make things pretty.
