Use a very warm wash cloth and compress it on your eyelid area. Remove the cloth when it cools, reapply this method a few times a day or until it stops.

And reduce caffeine.
 
Powernap FTW. Works quite well except it isnt soo much a power nap for me when it takes over 30mins to get to sleep. :/
 
My eyelids twitch for the following reasons:

1. Lack of sleep

2. Nervous or worried about something.

3. Lack of potasium.
 
This happens to me when I am really lacking sleep but usually when I'm totally stressed out. The energy drinks really don't help. They're horse **** for your body anyways and they're gonna get you all hopped up on goofballs since you're drinking lots. I've got mine cut down to one if I'm getting up before 8:00 for work or school and even then I've been drinking juice instead of red bull.
