ok, souds good, explain field coil a little more please.. i think i'm getting this

A coil generates a magnetic field when energized with a current, it has a polarized magnetic field like a magnet, by placing the proper end of the coil near the source of the field your trying to block, you can cancel it out, at least part of it anyway.The field radiates outward in a pattern consistent with the shape of the coil. Best way would be to place one end of the coil around the field you want to block.

Lead for supermans xray vision.....copper is ok because it cannot be polorized. I personally block magnetic fields by placing a Barbie doll between two twinkies...but them I'm blond.

i think some ppl use aluminium foil
