lost mobile phone settings

has anyone got settings for text messaging for an LG Viewity on 3G, i tell you why because when i have signal it wont send an outgoing text it will just sit there in the outbox

3G, isn't a network here in the UK, it's a technology.
I assume the guy is on three (3), but mutiple networks support 3G nowadays.
You will need to contact your provider. They can send a message to your phone with the autoupdate settings embedded. It will most likley not cost you anything and just "play dumb".
