Lcd Tv

Hey all!

Christmas is coming up and santa said that he would buy me a nice tv. Specifically an LCD TV.

I am wondering if you know any good tvs that are out there on the market at the moment. It can be any size, but has to be 700$ max. HD is an extra bonus, but if I can get a good, normal LCD with a bigger screen size without the HD, that would be fine.

If you could help me out, that would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, forgot to mention this. The LCD tv must be able to be wall mounted (it's the only right thing for my room).

EDIT: Could you also tell me the most important factors of having a good LCD TV? In terms of contrast ratio, etc.

Response time: Lower is better
Resolution: Higher is better
p is better then i EX: 720p & 720i
you want a VESA compatible monitor (wall mount purposes
