iRiver H10 Firmware Upgrade

I need to uprgrade my firmware for my H10 but I have never done it before so I am kind of unsure of what to do. Is THIS the right firmware to download for my H10 (I have the 5GB version)? And will any of my songs or recordings get deleted? Thanks for the help.

You never gave the firmware that you were refering to so no one can say if it is the right or wrong firmware (although I am really tired and probably miss-read it)

Yes, when updating firmware on an mp3 player all your music gets deleted (Kind people on Rio tech support don't tell you that - one of my friends learned the hardway :X)

If I may, why do you feel the need to update the firmware?

Oh, sorry I forgot to post the link...I had it hyperlinked to "THIS" but it must have got messed up.

But the reason that I wanted to upgrade the firmware is simply to have bugs and glitches fixed (the player wont list the songs in any order other than alphabetical) and this firmware will fix some of those bugs.

I got it to work, but thanks for the reply anyway.
