here's a REAL easy way to make basically a noise maker.

use a plastic bag, like a wal-mart grocery bag...

put the bag in the bottle, and I only mean like a little bit...just use your finger and push the bag in about an inch just so that it dips down in there.....yes you can of course just rip away the excess lol you just need a small part to hold the next ingredient.........Gun powder!

Get some cannon fuse (although it's easy to make your own by using tissue that you put some of the gunpowder all over, shake off the excess and roll it into a fuse shape) have a hole through the top of the cap, put the fuse through, screw on the cap and that's what'll keep that little pocket of gunpowder in there and light her up.

Doesn't do damage really, just makes a nice loud bang. Rap it in duck tape for even more loudness
