i sometimes have a problem sleeping. i go to bed at 10 and end up falling asleep at 12. this is becoming a problem cuz i got sku n stuff. any1 know any good ways to make urself sleepy?

On a serious note....try looking for a stuff generally found at like wal-mart called 'Valerian Root'

helps to get you to sleep.

Says to take 3 30minutes before bed, but I have a hard ass time getting to sleep so I take 6 :D
 
haha im 15.. but does drinking warm milk or whatever work? seems sorta retareded but im willing to try anything

I used to have that problem...

Try running/walking for 20-30 minutes in the evening. Not only will you lose weight (Thats why I started), but I find that just that bit of exercising makes it SO much easier to sleep. I went from needin anywhere from 3-6 hours (I quite frequently got 3 hours of sleep) to 30 minutes to an hour to get to sleep.

Just an idea, if you don't feel like chugging pills.
