idk why anyone would leave their keys in thie car. me on the other hand have never left my keys in my jeep. then that also falls in a different category. its the same principle as leaving your door unlocked to your house or apartment, breaking and entry (yes it is still considered breaking and entry if the door was open or unlocked) as i have a friend who was taken to court brought up on 2 charges breaking and entering and larceny, he was looking for unlcked cars to steal cds and anything he could find of value. but this thread doesnt matter anymore as i have already called the guy to return it but i am awaiting his call
