I really need better orginization (Pics)

I moved a few CD's together and, these are just music CD's. All binders pictured are at least 90% full. Their's a 200 binder, a 48, a 20 and a 24..

About the only thing that I have organised is the software that I got from work that is under the MOLP AGGREEMENT and my Driver CD. And that's because my boss will kick my ass if I loose them.
