OK, let me redefine what people are when they say the word "hacker"

Cracker = An expert programmer who uses his skills to break into computer systems or networks just for the fun of it, or to expose security risks

Hacker = Does the above, but does not want to harm/hurt any data or systems, they do it to explore and find limitations

So, that guy is none of the above. So dont call him a hacker, that would be an overstatement. Call him a Script kiddie.............. That would be the proper word.
