Back in the day it was 315, and I was squatting 595.

Too much working and drinking in the last 12 years has knocked about 100 pounds off of it.

Same thing here,I used to be able to lift about 250 or so now i'm lucky if i can do 100,Having my arm's and wrist's broken a couple time's don't help either.
 
I haven't lifted in a couple years, but when I did lift, I could bench 225 pretty easily and squat 365. I also deadlifted 405 a couple years before I got thos numbers in bench and squats.
 
if you guys are talking pounds then I used to lift 165, though I haven't been to the gym in a while!
 
The most i could bench would be around 175. I stoped working out for the past 2 months. A bad habit made me a little lazy, but this weekend im starting again. I weight 160, so thats not very bad. I hope by the time im 21 i can handle 200 pounds.
 
Sometimes puberty is generous... and other times, it just never seems to visit at all...
