I am a big ol' country boy. Although I am currently out of shape, i am pretty sure I could bench at least 225-230#.

I was up around 300#, once upon a time...
 
I can lift about a max of 80 kilos, so that's 176.368 pounds
my legs are stronger, because I bike everywhere (not motorbike)
and I am pretty damn fast on my racing bike.
 
Don't make fun of me, but I've never even tried to bench. I'm far from athletic. You could actually call me athletically retarded lol :p
 
about 155lbs, I weigh 163lbs, I ride a bike about 220-300miles/wk, im no weightlifter thats for sure
 
I am a pretty athletic person
in the athletics carnival at my school, I entered 3 events
100m, I got second
200m, I got 5th (i nearly lost my shoe)
800m I got first by at least 50m

I'm especially good at long distance
 
Heh i have FAST reflexes too, and I pride myself at my shooting accuracy.

I think I can do around 75 if i tried, and I can do 500 with my legs, but I forgot if that is pounds or kilo's :/
