My small hookah is nearly identical to this one:

The one you linked to appears to have plastic in the middle of the stem and the steel ball bearing appears to be in a plastic casing allowing greater control of airflow into the vase but its an added complication. Also the one I linked to you can buy another hose, hose grommet and replace the steel ball bearing flow regulator with an extra hose, works on mine at least and that appears exactly the same.
