Not sure how many of you have travelled across alot of time zones, but how bad is Jet Lag ? The furthest i've ever gone on holiday is Majorca, which is practically the same timezone. It might be an hour infront of us, not sure.

But as we are only going for 7 days. Need to know that i can get over it pretty quick !

Going to BC will be fine, as its back into time, so at 10pm you'll be exhuasted, and maybe sleep in next morning.
Going home is the bad way, unless you get a weird flight.
