With dial-up you only get so many minutes to use a month. Unless you want to go all out and have unlimited minutes.

In the US you don't have to pay by the minute on dial-up, but in some other countries you do. Most countries in Europe are that way, but dial-up has all but dissapeared over there.

Ill never go to dialup even if i had to >> just wouldent use the PC. And downloading porn is useless junk. Wastes HDD space and i can just call 1 of my many ex's . And internet is not only for porn but GAMING!!!! Downloading movies (not porn), Music,etc.. i love my 5mb cable <3

our phone company has a good standing deal with 2mbs for $20 a month but my dad says if it costs more than $15 a month hes not buying. this sucks.
