How did we get on the subject of duck tape?
The way I ‘SEE’ it, dogs (unlike people,) can see only in black and white. Which gave the dog the ability to see the car first. (Either that or he smelled the car coming,-don’t know…) Which gave him the ability to react first. Now get this… We all know that a dogs eyes are reflective, so that likely would have been why the driver of the car seen him. …. Well that’s the way I ‘see it… What? …
