**** i was just about to say Immortal Technique too. Forget that other wanna be rap stuff you're thinking about. I have 10 main artists in my library that I listen to. I'm a fan of both rap and rock. But I gotta give it up to 2pac as my number 1 artist

-2pac(Greatest rapper of all time)
-Nas(most of all his tracks
-Eminem(real stuff, not the funny stuff)
-DMX(good stuff, not the mainstream/club stuff)
-Immortal Technique(all around beast)

Rock:
-Blink 182 (Greatest punk band)
-Senses Fail (I know there style is different, but great stuff)
-Taking Back Sunday(Sick older stuff)
-Finch (Great band)
-Weezer (consistent cool stuff)

Im surprised none of u have sed N.W.A. or Eazy E. Snoop dogg was good but he sold out. I also think that Eminem sold out.

You should check out Dizzee Rascal he is really good.
