Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, and Carnegie Mellon are all pretty much tied for the top comp sci department. Princeton has the best cs department of the Ivies.

UIUC is good for electrical engineeing...

What you can do is go to your local Barnes and Noble store and check out the books they have there... they'll have a whole section/shelve devoted to college (undergraduate or graduate) - just browse through them, you can pass a whole day without even knowing! It's free too, don't we all love to leech from B&N

Which school you go to really depends on what you want to do with computers.
Alot of schools offer great computer programs, but they don't always cover everything. Some schools specialize in certain areas of computer related curriculum, and some schools generalize in their computer classes.

For a good computer-related school, I would check out FullSail. This school mainly deals with the artsy fartsy side of computers, but they also cover alot of hardcore video editing and audio production.
Other than that, I think everyone else has covered the basic schools.
DeVry is a good choice IMHO.
