getting unbanned from a website?

its not the ip address cause I am banned from all the computers in my house.

I even made a new e-mail address and created a new account but it was banned and I don't know how they could tell it was me cause I used a fake name and everything and it doesn't ask for an address at all.

that didn't work and the internet was extremely slow like dial up or something. I hate dial up which is why I have cable.
