getting back files?

Is it possible to use a program to get data back from about 10 reformats?

I reformat a lot cause of microsoft and I lost some important data a while back cause I thought I had everything backed up but I was wrong. Please help me out. If you know a way to get all the data back from when I bought the hard drive that would be great too. I bought this 300gb hard drive retail from the store.

Physically possible, maybe. You'd have to spend millions of dollars on electron microscope time and it would take a ridiculous amount of time.

You would have to send the hard drive to IBAS, in Norway.
Maybe even they can't do it.

Did you reinstall your OS after the format? If so, it was overwritten.

yeah cause each time i used the windows xp disc to reformat. And then I installed xp.

Not necessarily. It all depends where on the hard drive the file was.
