I've lost an unreal amount of money for them to find out on the 5TH time!! that a certain part of my power supply needed to be sauterd (spelling?). well guess what I sent it into ram technologies to see if they had any say. Not more then 2 hours later I had an answer, turned out to be a very common problem that most techs look at.
What I'm pretty much saying is that when I've dealt with the Geek squad they've been downright awful. If they do, they send it in to a different company leaving them with nothing but paperwork. After finding out this problem I went in, confronted a manager and told him about the situation and how I wanted my money back. First off I got nothing back, secondly he was the biggest idiot I've talked to at Geek Squad and he was the manager!!!
