Geek Exercise?

Depends whether you want muscular strength or muscular toning...or boht. Best way to do strength is to max out your muscles in 3 sets of 8 reps...in which you should literally be struggling at the end

Toning would be two sets of 15 of an easier weight...then you have to work out specific areas

Bench Press
Curls
Crunches
Tricep Pressdowns
Shoulder Press
Leg Extensions
Leg Press
Squats

Include all of those activities in your workout whether it be strength and endurance...combined with an overall cardio activity like jogging or biking for 10 minutes a day

Cool, I do 100 of those every day, give or take. 50 in the morning with 10 pushups, and 50 before going to bed, with 10 pushups. I hate pushups, they feel useles,s but evry1 does em so, so do I.
 
I have to agree with Trotter... Walking would be the best for you right now... If you are out of shape like most of us key pushers, you can't jump into heavy lifting or running without hurting yourself. A brisk walk that raises your heart rate will be the best for you.
