Stuff like that has been happening around here too. There was some guy busted last year as he was raiding petrol stations at night.
With the prices of petrol being as they are these days (fears of it going as high as $1.50 per litre after the 07 elections), I am going to make sure that I have a lockable petrol cap for my car.
