A Fuzzy Picture

Hello, long time since I have loged on to here, however I am in need of assistance.

I have 37 Pictures that are at their privous 100% pure state however they have been fuzzed up to block information. I need software that can clear that up for me.
PRICE IS NOT IMPORTANT!
The information on these documents/pictures is much much to important to me and my co-workers.

Please post anything... I have unlimited time to clear these up, so any suggestion that you can put through I will most likely attempt.

how much are they fuzzed? all you can do is apply sharpening and contrast adjustments to the current state of the pictures to try and see them better. you can't undo the fuzzing/blurring at this point.

the only other thing i can think of, since price is not an issue, is to contact a professional and see what else can be done.

I would so much rather have the information at my eye's only level.
The images have some been just blured some been blacked out.
Do you know of any website that can offer help?

The only software I've ever heard about for this is used (usually soley) by law enforcement agencies to get better pics of criminals captured on lo res film...
