Who ever said that Uncle Bill never gave you anything? Here he is, offering up Expression 3 , a very nice, professional vector graphics illustration tool (very similar to Illustrator). Technically itÂ’s not free (youÂ’re supposed to own a previous version of Expression to download it), but if you register your email address (I used dodgeit.com), itÂ’s free! You go, Uncle Bill! AND, thereÂ’s a version for Macs and PCs!
One note: If you use dodgeit.com, the email has a messy web link in it that will need to be copied and pasted into a text editor and then reformatted to remove the returns, then youÂ’ll have to paste that back into your browser. Maybe you should just use your Gmail or Yahoo account.
