I seriously want to give this a shot, especially since baby back ribs are on sale for 1.98/lb at the store down the road.
Screw a crowd, though. I would make two... one for me and one for whoever else.

Holy **** :O the part where the bones were being pulled out...sexual :p I'm making that tonight.

Check these recipes out. You would have to make some empirical to metric conversions as the site is an American one but I am sure you could come across a few you would want to give a go. I've been meaning to try doing a brisket for ages, looks like a few good choices to make there :D thanks!
Went on a little bit of a ribs/belly binge this week while I was sitting around with a semi-broken ankle, cooked around 5 racks of ribs and a pork belly for no occasion at all other than I felt like having a pile of meat to work through while watching GoT s7
