Some of the extensions I have found to be the most useful:

Disable Targets for Downloads
Flashblock
BBCodeXtra
PopUpsMustDie
NoScript
Fasterfox
SpellBound

Not all of these are available from Mozilla. If you can't find it, Google it.

I have to add Fitt's Back Button and a small program, Firefox Preloader (https://sourceforge.net/projects/ffpreloader/).

how do i change users in firefox? like i selected my user but i want to go back to default user, whenever firefox freezes on my or crashes, i would have to select my user, now i dunno how to crash it lol so i want to manually select my user id
