What about the episode where they blew up the tree cannon? That was also a really cool explosion.

EDIT: I have seen #4, that would be extremely scary to witness, that shrapnel comes so close to hitting him. :amazed:

cement truck owns the tree explosion although both were cool.......cement was just crazy lol.

How far away were they....I think a mile lol....that thing just disappears in an instance, it's insane. I think it was like 800lbs of "construction grade" explosives or whatever haha

You should watch this one:

worlds largest nuke ever set off. Since russia didn't have the technology to make really accurate missiles at the time, they simply made a bomb large enough to make sure it hits it's target :p

Man shouldn't have kind of power IMO...it's pretty scary really.

The Iraq one was indeed crazy.

5 was the best... i recon good explosions are the ones that are really sudden and loud + heaps of shrapnel, if you have ever seen a grenade go off thats just a small example to what ive seen in the army.

If i remember correctly, that nuke wasnt even set off at its full potential, it was actually MUCH stronger than what they set off. Its still freakin amazing though.

I never saw that concrete truck mythbusters episode, maybe its online somewhere. ;)

Yeah, I say that nuke one, i'm not sure why I didn't post that one too.

There was another fireworks factory explosion that was on, "Real TV" I couldn't find the clip online though. THe article can be read here:
http://www.wsws.org/articles/2000/may2000/neth-m31.shtml

The magnesium was the cause of the major explosion that reached over 1000C...

There's nothing like having a fireworks factory in your backyard huh?

lol!!!! I have seen a nuke in person I even touched it *proud :) *
it was the next one that was going to be dropped on japan if they didnt surrender.... I have said this like 3 times on TF, i am sorry.. I am just so proud.. I have a very very weird personality, anything i see thats unique or nice, i have to touch..

it was the size of an 18 wheeler cabin height wise, and about 2x longer.

indeed, I remember seeing you making that comment in another thread.

I'm surprised it even took two nukes for them to surrender lol.
