In a world where technology is becomming God/religion do you guys think that at some point in the future we will see a world which rather than being ruled by (for normal people) fashion/social pressures etc etc, is ruled by technology.
A place where rather than a class system you have a 'haves' and 'have nots' system.
And what, if anything, could stop this?
