Dell Inspiron 9300 battery problems

Also check to see if it is one of the batteries being recalled by Dell. It might just suck.

Yeah, look at the Dell recall list. The Inspiron 9300 is listed as one of the models with "potentially affected batteries"

IF the battery is around 1.5 yrs or older it may just be depleted, laptop batteries do die around that time. Not sure how old the 9300 is. Maybe you can just get a replacement via the recall either way.

better get rid of it soon or it will catch on fire thats just what I think now that i've heard so much about the batteries in dell laptops randomly catching on fire.

It's not every single Battery in any Dell laptop. I've been using a Dell laptop for some time now, the battery hasnt blown up on me yet. It's some batteries, not all.
