Craigslist but shipping instead of dealing in person

I have someone interested in my Q9450 that I posted locally. He is from Texas and sent me payment through paypal. He's verified and address is confirmed. He seems legit but I'm always weary when it comes to shipping on Craigslist. What do you guys think?

yea it was an instant paypal payment so. I think everything is good.

as long as he doesn't withdraw it or anything. Tell him you shipped it and wait a day before you really ship it. Because this happened to a guy on notebookreview, he told the buyer that he shipped the laptop and the buyer withdrew the $1500 payment right away.

They cant withdraw payment if you keep your paypal balance at 0.00..thats what i do.

why didn't he cancel the shipment? How many days do they have to withdraw their payment?

I never leave money it paypal.. the minute it hits my account I transfer funds to my bank account.
