Could you get a MIR on an RMA?

This just occurred to me: I RMA'd some patriot DDR2-800 memory. I now have an invoice, a set of ram "purchased" within the date specified on the MIR.

Could I get the MIR for it?

(I'm already past the 21 day deadline for it to be postmarked unfortunately).
