well i saw this and i had to post it almost had me in tears.

Christmas Cake Recipe that you are sure to love!

lol thats actually how I cook you have to ensure the wine doesn't degrade whilst your cooking and the only way to do that is sacrifice your liver for the greater culinary good :) atleast thats my BS speech for doing it.
