i like both Sicilian Offence and Defence as opening moves, nothing simpler than a fool's mate through the Sicilian Defence. failing that i have my own schemes. i like to open my queen and bishops for attack as quickly as possible which is why i like the Sicilian openings and then i like to get one or both of my knights out as a defensive technique to protect certain pieces.
