I need a program that can take my pictures off of my motorala cell phone?? When i plug it in with a USB cable it come up as "A NEW DEVICE HAS BEEN FOUND" that puzzles me?

its what i normally do nothing changes to the quality it just could get a little annoying if your gonna try to email alot of pictures cause you would have to sit there for a while till each one sends

When you plug in your phone, see if it adds it as a drive in My Computer.

Just send it to your email. Its alot easier that way.

with motorola cell phones you get a CD with it that has all the software u need to get pictures, sounds and all the rest of that stuff from your phone to your pc...or...from your pc to your phone, i know this because i got the cd with my motorola V620
