I still use floppies all the time. If I have a small file that I want to take with me or put on my parents' computer or something, I find it's fastest just to stick it on a floppy.

Not with something like DirectCD, which allows a CD-RW to act like a larger floppy. I just would format one, and use it as the mega floppy whenever I need to carry around a document or something. I kept that single disk (seldom even removing anything from it) for a while, actually.

At this point, I use the network (shared folders) when I need an in-home transfer and I just either drop it into FTP accessed webspace (10 MB from the ISP) or I use a memory key (64 MB one I got free :D).

Never touched a floppy since my self-designed grade 7 science project testing damage of magnets on floppy disks for different amounts of times and different distances.
