buying from monarchcomputer...

Hey, well friday night i ordered my pc online at monarchcomputer.com

They received the order and put it in the data base today (monday) as noone works on weekends.

Then they send me an email, it read as following:

"Monarchcomputer.com has received your order. Thank you! You have requested that we
ship to an address other than the credit card's billing address. We have verified with your credit card company and your shipping address is not on file. Most banks/credit card companies will add this address as an alternate address. Can you add it to the credit card file? Or may we ship to the billing address."

Has anyone ever tryed to ship to a different address then the billing address? We are shipping to my mothers office, as we are not always at home, but we are billing at our home...

ok, I love these guys! well afta they sent the email, i called up my mom, and told her to add the alt shipping address on credit card file. she did so, called me back, so i replyed the the guys email. within 2 mins he responded to say TY, and that he sent to info to his credit department.
